The next big thing in law?
The deep web, the dark web, and the underground are going to be big business, according to Deep Web Insider’s founder, Deepak Chopra.
That’s because of the growing number of legal firms that specialize in digital law, he told CNBC in an interview.
“There are lawyers in the deep web and they’re getting more and more sophisticated.
They’re not just looking for people who want to go into deep web markets.
They want lawyers who are going into deep marketplaces.”
There are a lot of legal startups out there, Chopra said.
He’s been in the market since 2008, and his firm specializes in working with the deep end of the deep market.
“The deep web is a huge market, and I believe there are a million lawyers out there looking to do this business,” he said.
“It’s a niche, it’s a small industry, but there are lawyers who want a slice of it.”
The number of firms specializing in the darknet market is increasing, but Chopra thinks there are still enough to keep pace with the demand.
“You’re going to see a lot more people coming to us,” he says.
“I think it’s going to continue to grow.”
