The startup, which has raised a $50 million round, is using a technique that’s been described as the next big thing in web marketing.
“It’s very similar to the way that a big company is building an online business and they put all the marketing in a box,” said Adrien Gaudet, the company’s co-founder and chief operating officer.
“They build a product, then a website and a mobile app and then a social network and they advertise it.”
This approach has been used to build Facebook ads and YouTube videos.
“We are going to use the same approach to build this new platform,” Gaudett said.
“The main difference is that this platform is not a social media platform, it’s a platform for advertising.”
The startup aims to create a platform that would allow consumers to browse ads without leaving the browser.
Ads will be shown on mobile phones, and consumers can also buy advertising on a range of websites, including Google, Amazon and Facebook.
The idea is that by letting consumers browse the web without leaving their browser, they will get a better sense of the quality of the services offered and will be more willing to pay for the service.
The company, which is based in Milan, is also aiming to offer its platform to consumers through social media channels like Twitter and Instagram.
Gaudetti says he hopes to launch the platform by the end of the year.
“This is a very, very early stage, but we are very confident about the technology and the platform that we are going forward with,” he said.
He noted that it is also the first project to be funded by the city government.
“A lot of companies that have done this before us have made a lot of mistakes.
They have built the platform and the user experience but then they forgot about advertising,” he added.
