I’ve spent a lot of time talking to people who have a goal in life.
What are they looking for?
What is it that they want from life?
What kind of person are they?
The answers to these questions will dictate what you want out of life.
I want to be able to be someone who makes an impact and to make people feel proud of who they are.
I want to know that I am a success, and that I have done something that is meaningful for others.
I also want to make money.
This is the one that comes first, as it can only be done by working hard.
I have a lot to offer and it is worth it.
I know that this is not an easy job.
There are some aspects of it that I think are very difficult to navigate, and there are also areas that I feel I’m not good at.
I know this is going to be hard to relate to, so I am going to put all my energy into trying to make it as easy as possible for myself and for the people around me.
What are the challenges?
I know I am in a very different situation than other people, and I know there are challenges that come with being a marketing director, especially if you’re not an internet marketing person.
What challenges do you have that make you feel like you need to step up and take on more responsibility?
The biggest challenge is that I do not have the same amount of experience as a lot the other people in my field.
I do have experience as an executive assistant, but not in the same level.
I am also the only one who has been in this job for a while.
It’s a bit like being a parent, where you do have a job to do and you are going to have to adapt to it.
I can’t compare to people in other fields, and if I could, I would be the same way.
I feel that my time is better spent working in my chosen field, rather than having to constantly switch jobs to meet new needs.
What advice would you give someone who is looking to move into this role?
Don’t be afraid to take a chance.
Don’t give up.
I love my job and I have found a lot in my time that has made me better and more successful.
I think I can take a step back and look at the bigger picture, and take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way.
The key is to always be prepared and always stay humble.
If I could go back in time, what would I do differently?
I wouldn’t change a thing.
I would just make sure I learned from the mistakes that I made and keep doing the same thing over and over.
